Our commitment to quality starts with the selection of meat. We take pride in using only the finest, and that's why we exclusively employ USDA Prime grade brisket. This decision speaks volumes on the kind of standards we maintain. Prime grade meat is celebrated for its extensive marbling. Also it’s the highest grade for USDA and one of the hard to find grades considering it’s only 2-5% of beef sold in the food service industry.

12 months is the shelf life of our jerky. When stored away from heat and direct sunlight, our jerky retains its quality for up to 12 months—a claim validated by rigorous real-time testing at a food laboratory. Once opened, we advise enjoying the jerky within a week to experience its optimal taste and texture. This is not say that it wont be good for longer, just like a bag chips, it will eventually become stale. For your convenience and assurance, every bag is clearly marked with a 'Best Before' date.

MMMJerky is currently made to order, which means we don't maintain an inventory, resulting in a waiting period as we have a daily production limit. Every piece is hand-crafted, and as a small local business, we're still in the growth phase; we're not a factory operation. While we could hasten the process, we believe in delivering nothing but the best to our customers. So, we choose to invest a tad more time perfecting your order rather than compromising on quality. Bottom line, we don’t sell what we wouldn’t eat ourselves.

Free Fedex standard shipping is offered for all orders within the U.S. Expedited shipping is not included and will be calculated upon check out. Please note that Fedex picks up packages M-F and orders that are placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed by the next business day.

We are currently open by appointment only. So if you’d like to come by to check us out or pick up your order in person, please email us to set up that date/time. As mentioned, we don’t maintain an inventory, but we will do our best to accommodate you if you give us an advance notice.
